Each time you tap logo, you earn points you can trade for gifts & experiences in our ORB Store. It’s a simple, fun way to get more out of your everyday adventures.

Program Overview

The ORB AI Rewards Points Program (“the Program”) is designed to incentivize and reward users for engaging with the ORB AI platform. By scanning brand logos through the ORB AI app, users accumulate points that can be exchanged for exclusive gifts and experiences in the Points Store.


Earning Points
 

  • Users earn one (1) ORB Point for every valid logo scan performed via the ORB AI mobile application.

  • Points are credited immediately upon successful scan validation.

  • ORB Points may only be earned by registered users with a verified account.

     

Redemption of Points
 

  • ORB Points may be redeemed exclusively for gifts, digital perks, and merchandise available in the ORB Points Store within the app.

  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other users or third parties.

  • Redemption options, point values, and available rewards are subject to change at ORB Holdings Limited’s discretion.

     

Points Expiry & Forfeiture
 

  • Each ORB Point expires two (2) years from the date of acquisition if not redeemed.

  • Expired points are automatically forfeited and removed from the user’s account balance without compensation.

  • Users will receive periodic notifications regarding upcoming point expirations.

     

Account & Points Management
 

  • Users may view their point balance, earning history, and expiration dates within the ORB AI app.

  • ORB Holdings Limited reserves the right to audit accounts and adjust point balances in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or system errors.

  • Points earned through unauthorized or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

     

Program Changes & Termination
 

  • ORB Holdings Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time with reasonable notice.

  • Changes to point accrual rates, redemption values, or available rewards will be communicated via official channels.

  • In the event of Program termination, users will be given a defined period to redeem existing points before final expiration.

     

Limitation of Liability
 

  • ORB Holdings Limited is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from changes to, or the discontinuation of, the Program.

  • The Program is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
